Allison M. Fitzpatrick, EdD, MBA

Owner and Principal Consultant

Dr. Allison Fitzpatrick is a higher education consultant and has worked in the field of education for over 20 years.  She is an expert in strategic planning, operational redesign, and leadership development.  She is passionate about teaching educational and business leaders the tools they need to improve their organizations through change.

Her career in higher education began while she was still a student at Temple University, serving as a campus tour guide to share her experiences with prospective students and families.  After embarking on her professional career, she worked at several four-year universities as an admission counselor and then as a leader overseeing admissions operations and international admissions.

In 2007, she made the transition to the community college sector as the director of a community college location.  During her time at that institution, she oversaw the opening of two new locations, and grew enrollment exponentially. She implemented strategic planning and structure redesign of all the college’s regional locations during her tenure as Dean.  From 2020 to 2022, she served as Vice President of a full service community college branch campus.  During that time, Dr. Fitzpatrick led the campus through great change, creating and implementing a collaborative planning process. As a result, the campus created its first ever strategic plan, guiding them for the next three years.

Allison resides in Dunedin, FL with her husband, Eric and son, Rhys.  She is a lover of the outdoors and enjoys the beach, kayaking, and paddleboarding.  She’s also an avid creator and spends her free time quilting, crocheting, and paper crafting.
